R/C Airplane, Helicopter and any other flying toys; The product warranty does not cover accidental or collision damage. Because some flying toy requires adjusting / balancing, please read the instruction manual prior to operating any of these toys. Selling party is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from an out-of-control model caused by use or misuse of the product. Enjoy but fly safely!

Battery Charging Instruction

Charge the batteries 3-5 hours (trickle charge for Coaxial toy helicopters) with the supplied AC adapter. Charge time varies with each item. Please read manual for exact charge time. All R/C toys need to be charged prior to first flight or run. Overnight and over charging the battery will damage the battery cells permanently and void the warranty. Only charge the battery on nonflammable surfaces or a charging bag. Please read all safety instructions and the manual that is supplied for your item.

Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Absolutely no returns of RC helicopters, airplanes, cars, boats, trucks, all RC items that have been used, wrecked, and crashed and abused. If you feel you have a defective product please bring it to our attention within the first 3 days of your purchase. If the item is given to a third party as a gift please ask to have it marked as gift on the receipt.
